My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place had everything we needed and more it was clean, cozy, and had absolutely beautiful views that made the whole experience even better. We had such a great time and felt right at home. The host was very, very helpful and super responsive throughout our stay, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate and how welcoming they were. Definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and we’ll definitely be coming back!

The cottage was just as described, very cozy and nestled in the woods. Our host was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It’s is definitely secluded which was what we were searching for. It was located close to many of the trails we wished to hike along the Delaware river. Shopping and restaurants were just a short drive away. It was a peaceful place to come back to after a long day of swimming and hiking. Would definitely recommend.

Kevin’s place was a gem. My son especially loved the fire pit out back—it made for some unforgettable family evenings. The space was just right for me and my two children: cozy, functional, and comfortable. And discovering the beach just a short trip away? That was an unexpected and delightful bonus. Overall our stay at Kevans home was exactly what we were looking for! If you want to disconnect from the real world and live in your own world then this is the right home for you! We grilled, sat outside with the decorative lights at night while lighting up a bonfire as well as taking a walk to the nearby pond and relaxing. Pictures look exactly like the home, definitely will come back for a relaxed atmosphere!

Really nice and safe place. Very quiet, clean and close to High Point state park and some amazing views of Hawks Nest lookout of Delaware river ! Highly recommend! Kevan was excellent in coordination and communication. Overall highly satisfied !

I had a great stay at Kevin's place. I stayed with my 2 young sons and we enjoyed catching fish in the pond and making s'mores in campfire. The cabin is small but had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was very clean and updated. Communication with Kevin was great. I'd stay again!

This was a great stay and an excellent deal for the price! Kevin was super communicative, and the place was spacious for 2 people, and very clean. Wifi was super fast and we had no issues with working online or streaming video. Only thing to keep in mind is that the driveway is unpaved, so keep your car tires in mind for the winter months because the driveway is covered in a mix of snow/ice/mud. The wheels of our car became stuck in ice trying to leave, but we were able to melt it with some hot water. All around great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
